Bios
Ricky Pagan has been designing recipes for products which are available on grocery store shelves nationwide and internationally, for over 18 years. Along with Anthony Mongiello, they have earned 3 Gold Medals, 3 Silver Medals and 3 Bronze for their flavor profiles in elite national and international championships and competitions. They can be heard slinging hash and pulling pork every Friday between 7am and 9am on Bold Gold Media's Thunder Country 102.
Dave Locascio comes from a long line of New York City Meat District butchers so meat runs through his blood. SuperDave has also owned and operated the celebrated Locasio's restaurant of Liberty New York where his famous delicious recipes were enjoyed by discerning diners from near and far. Dave also has the distinction of being an actual Chef formally trained at the CIA.
Award-winning graphic designer and published photographer, James Riley, known simply as "RILEY" is KITK's producer, confidante, mentor and coach, or the "Merlin the Magician of the Kitchen", and sometimes known as "The Captain of Condiments".
