Cool thing is, you don't have to be a trained Chef to make 5-Star meals. KITK doesn't use scratch cookery (raw flour, sugar and hours of cooking and baking), instead, KITK likes to serve 5-Star meals in a snap! Ricky Pagan has been designing recipes for products which are available on grocery store shelves nationwide and internationally, for over 18 years. Along with his mentor, Anthony Mongiello, they have earned 3 Gold Medals, 3 Silver Medals and 3 Bronze for their flavor profiles in elite national and international championships and competitions. They can be heard slinging hash and pulling pork every Friday between 7am and 9am on Bold Gold Media's Thunder Country 102.

Award-winning graphic designer and photogrpaher, James Riley, known simply as "RILEY" is KITK's producer, confidante, mentor and coach, or the "Merlin the Magician of the Kitchen", and sometimes known as The Captain of Condiments.
